July 29, 2011 Celebrating 80 years ...After the Holocaust, there were many articles in the Jewish Western Bulletin about the “refugee problem,” with the governments of Britain and Canada, for example, needing to be pressured to accept more Jewish refugees from European countries. In the July 26, 1946, issue of the paper, this cartoon appeared.
